Macro for Micro –
successful on the whole
Not to be overseen were the two branch giants, Microsoft
and Novell, with the way they presented themselves at the
last CEBIT. Not only did they rely on the effect of their
new products but were also convincing with the clear effect
of their advertising. Whether with an over-sized portrait
or as a direct product reference in XXL size - both companies
were clearly recognizable from afar in the mass of competitors.
With brilliant, large-format, backlit prints from the Munich
company Weila Bildtechnik, Microsoft placed their employees’
competence in the very foreground. Thereby not only increasing
the attention but also creating a very special curiosity
about the products being exhibited.
Far from any plush romanticism, which could be found elsewhere
– the five “Big Boxes” represented a clear
message: The company’s profile perfectly presented
from all sides. We are proud of having provided the fitting
setting for this presentation with our EPS-LUMI-profiles.
Inviting and agreeably different at the same time our profiles
produced the right tension at one of the important competitors
to the giant from Redmond: The network-people from Novell
used the possibilities of modern modular technique in two
ways: While the foreground provided the suitable setting
for the actual product presentation, the consultants were
able to withdraw behind the advertising wall and talk to
the clients in detail. The room divider, which was created
by the “Stuttgarter Raumtechnik”, is a perfect
eye-catcher as well as easy to handle: Thanks to tensioning
technology and a demountable frame there is no problem with
either transport or storage. It’s so easy to put your
perfect presence into the right light effectively, fast
and low-priced – with EPS profiles.
