Nadia's network - support in the back office

She attends to most of the inquiries from the initial query to delivery – with some projects quite a complex process with several internal and external persons involved. Especially when you, like EPS, not only sell, but also support the client as a system trader with lots of competence. So it’s good that women, who are known for having a special talent for multi-tasking, are able to handle various things at the same time. Because often not only very different projects have to be handled simultaneously in different languages and for very different uses but also resources already planned have to be coordinated as well.

“Now, that sounds worse than it is” says Nadia Baron. “Finally we’ve got a well functioning team here who I always trust completely.” Just like the clients can trust her, because when she leaves the office later than planned in the evening – she makes sure that she has finished all outstanding work.

When you talk to her about that matter she is already happy to get support in future. Due to the increased demand for EPS’s products Selina Schneider has been added to support the team. “In no way do we wish to have less time for our clients and on the long term we can’t burden the additional work onto individual persons. That’s why we decided to extend the resources at the right time”, the manager Hans-Jörg Rudolph explains. “A good decision” is what all people involved are thinking. And so, from now on, the clients will have to get used to a further voice at the telephone – at least during normal opening hours.
