Sandra Waffenschmidt has accompanied lots of customer
projects competently from order acceptance to delivery
and has sent some too late ordered profiles at the "last
minute" off the ground. Thereby the skilled industrial
clerk got to know the opportunities, profiles and perspectives
of modern tensioning technology just for one year and
had to deal with different materials an quantities before
her engagement for EPS: “It certainly wouldn’t
have been possible without this great team,” says
Sandra Waffenschmidt, "from the beginning there
was a lot of support from my colleagues and a good vocational
adjustment." That’s certainly what her boss
likes to hear and what makes him glad about his team: "But
as the other employees, she worked hard for the positive
feedback from the customers herself in tough everyday
business”, describes CEO Hans Jörg Rudolph
his point of view.
The basis of the successful cooperation is the customer
satisfaction which requires on one side to know quickly
and exactly what is important and on the other side to
take care of the necessary execution. The customers are
often under a high time pressure in their projects, and
therefore are pleased to have the competent flexibility
at EPS - because of its own large warehouse, the ordered
products are often on its way to the customer only a
few hours later: "Of course, sometimes we need more
time if, for example, the profiles have to be bended
or cut," restricts Sandra Waffenschmidt, "but
usually everything can be on its way within one day." Here
it shows that speed is closely linked with perfect planning.
Therefore the voluntary fire fighter, who takes care
also of the consignment and commodity management, keeps
a cool head even in some stressful situations, together
with the complete EPS team, she managed it to answer
customer’s wish last-minute.
